About us.

We are a family breeder of AKC registered American Basset Hounds. Our mission is to breed the best dogs with the best qualities as to meet the AKC conformation standards and to produce puppies with excellent temperaments.

All of our basset hounds are part of our family and are treated as family.

We feel that human socialization is the most important when raising puppies. We never allow the mom to raise the puppies alone, it’s a team effort. We hold and snuggle the babies from the minute they’re born until the day they leave for their forever homes. We learn all of their personalities so that we’re able to help future owners pick the very best puppy for your family!

We’re located in Central South Dakota where we’re only a few hours away from North Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota and Iowa state lines.

We love our basset hounds and hope that we can help match you with a new family member! Your puppy will have followed a consistent de-worming schedule. When it comes to potty training we start the puppy’s at 3 weeks and keep a consistent timeline. The new owner of the puppy can get an a AKC Registration Certificate. It’s a Pedigree Record: AKC registration signifies that a dog’s ancestry has been documented and verified.
